PADI Emergency First Response Course
Welcome to your PADI Emergency First Response Course.
Emergency First Response (EFR)-This is NOT a diving course, but a comprehensive course in first aid including expired air and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). EFR gives you the tools you need to handle potentially life threatening situations. It is an ideal course for both divers and non divers.
The course consists of 2 core modules: EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE-PRIMARY CARE and EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE - SECONDARY CARE. Besides providing a comprehensive course in first aid it also provides optional AUTOMATED EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATOR (AED) and OXYGEN PROVIDER sections.
EFR is the recommended course to satisfy the first aid pre-requisite for the PADI Rescue Diver Course.
